Dendritic Opal -Dendritic Opals are very unique and on of a kind stones. The stone is wrapped in sterling silver and it comes with a 20" adjustable silver plated chain (18"-20"). 
 
The Dendritic Opal has a milky white opalescent sheen and a resinous luster with black manganese fern-like inclusions. These inclusions often resemble moss, branches, trees or roots. They are found in New Mexico, Wyoming, Montana and Texas and are sometimes referred to as Medicine Bow Agate (WY)  or Moss Opal (TX).
 
The Dendritic Opal is often called the "Stone of the Mind" and is thought to bring clarity and sharp thinking.
